Unions & Community

An example of a campaign where unionists got involved in their community to assist children who were living in poverty.

Could be used effectively as a case study when teaching about the role of unions in society outside industrial relations.

It was a joint project established in May 2001 between the Construction Unions and the Education Unions in Victoria
